About Holly
Holly is a Spinal Flow Practitioner, Reiki Master, Life Design Coach, Sound Healer, and Thai Body Practitioner. She brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare, primarily in Occupational Therapy, where she developed a deep understanding of the human body and its innate capacity to heal.
Around a decade ago, Holly felt called to follow her life purpose more fully—exploring holistic approaches that integrate physical, energetic, and spiritual healing. In 2019, she received her Usui Reiki Master certification, awakening her connection to Universal Life Energy. That same year, she began training in Thai Bodywork through the Coaching the Body Institute, receiving certification in the fundamentals. When the pandemic brought hands-on practices to a pause, Holly embraced new pathways of connectedness, pursuing certification as a Life Design Coach. This work continues to inspire her, guiding others toward higher-conscious living and self-discovery.
Holly believes we are all Divine beings with the power to heal ourselves and rise above life’s challenges. Her true intention is to awaken humanity to its pristine divinity and wholeness.
Continuing to expand her offerings, Holly is currently certified in SomaEnergetic Tuning Fork Energy and Body Tuners to deepen her sound healing practice, working with vibrational and solfeggio frequencies to restore balance in the body. She is a certified Sound Healer with specialty in Crystal Bowls. In 2023, she became a Certified Spinal Flow Practitioner and is deeply grateful to share this innovative technique—a gentle, holistic approach that guides the body back to its innate healing intelligence.
