About Holly
I am a Spinal Flow Practitioner, Reiki Master, Life Design Coach, Sound Healer, Thai Body Practitioner,
I have worked in healthcare for 30+ years, mainly in Occupational Therapy. About 10 years ago, my life purpose began calling me to holistic approaches through inherent physical, energetic and spiritual healing practices. I received my Reiki Master in 2019 awakening the connection to Universal Life energy. Later in 2019 I found Thai Body through Coaching the Body Institute and received certificate in the fundamentals, however, the pandemic in 2020 brought body work practices to a halt. With the changing times, came the redefining of connectedness with mainstream transition to zoom and media, leading me to the coaching arena. I became certified as a Life Design Coach which is a program and way of life that awakens one to Higher conscious living. I believe we are all Divine beings who have the power to heal ourselves and rise above the challenges presented to us in life. My true intentions are to awaken humanity to its pristine divinity and inherent complete being.
I presently engaged in Tuning Fork certification to add to the sound healing practice through balancing energy of the body through vibrational and solfeggio frequencies.
I am a Certified Spinal Flow Practitioner since 2023 and am so grateful to find and share this innovative technique with all. It is holistic approach to innate healing through a gentle guidance from the Practitioner.
