Reiki is a complimentary energy therapy, Japanese healing technique. It involves laying of hands on areas of the body, increasing the persons flow energy to remove blockages. The practitioner channels of Life force Energy.
Sound Healing
Sound Healing stems from ancient practices using frequency, sounds and vibrations resonating from vocal sound, singing bowls, kochi chimes, native drum, ocean drum, rattles, rain stick and tuning forks. You will be immersed in healing resonance to help realign chakras, reduce stress and tension, relieve pain, boost immune, decrease (heart rate, blood pressure, anxiety) and create overall sense of well being.
Energy Sound Healing with tuning forks in the Solfeggio Frequency, are used for calibrating the chakras. The Tuning Forks (after being struck/activated) emit frequencies that can release blockages and stagnant energy flow in the chakras and life force energy (Chi).
