About a decade ago, Holly felt called to explore a more holistic path—one that honored not only the physical body, but also the emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects of well-being. primarily in Occupational Therapy, where she developed a deep appreciation for the human body and its remarkable capacity for adaptation, resilience, and healing.
In 2019, she became a certified Usui Reiki Master, deepening her connection with energy healing and Universal Life Energy. That same year, she began studying Thai Bodywork through the Coaching the Body Institute and received certification in its foundational techniques.
When the pandemic temporarily paused hands-on work, Holly continued expanding her practice by becoming a Life Design Coach. This work strengthened her passion for helping others explore self-awareness, personal growth, conscious living, and a deeper connection with who they are.
Holly has continued to broaden her healing toolbox through training in SomaEnergetics Tuning Fork Therapy, Body Tuners, vibrational and solfeggio frequencies, and crystal singing bowls. She is also a Certified Sound Healer specializing in crystal bowls.
